Description
The Advanced Medical Support Assistant (AMSA) in Radiology/Nuclear Medicine Service with Iowa City VA Medical Center. The AMSA works collaboratively in an interdisciplinary coordinated care delivery model and interfaces with numerous computer applications including but not limited to CPRS, VistA, and MyHealtheVet. The AMSA independently performs duties in processing, care, and treatment of Veterans while functioning as a team member in the patient care delivery setting.
