About the Position: This is a Civil Engineer (Structural) developmental position. Selection(s) may be filled at any grade level. If selected at the GS-07, GS-09, or GS-11 level, noncompetitive promotion to the full performance level is authorized. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
