Description
The DCSA-OGC is seeking a General Attorney to provide legal services and advice concerning Federal civilian personnel law, labor law, equal employment opportunity, hiring practices, reasonable accommodation, and standards of conduct. The selectee advises upon personnel authorities, anti-discrimination provisions, and human resources policy matters, engages in civilian personnel litigation before the MSPB, the EEOC, and the Federal courts, and advocates and negotiates in ADR proceedings. ,
