Description
The DCSA-OGC seeks a SUPERVISORY ATTORNEY to deliver leadership and legal services concerning Federal civilian personnel law, labor law, equal employment opportunity, hiring practices, reasonable accommodation, and standards of conduct. The selectee advises upon personnel authorities, anti-discrimination provisions, and human resources policy matters, engages in civilian personnel litigation before the MSPB, the EEOC, and the Federal courts, and advocates and negotiates in ADR proceedings.
