Description
The Phoenix Veterans Affairs Health Care System's (PVAHCS) Nutrition and Food Service is recruiting for a Home Based Primary Care Dietitian to provide coverage in the Southeast Valley, with some travel to Show Low.. The Dietitian is the medical nutrition expert and is responsible for planning, developing and directing all nutritional care activities for assigned Veterans, including those with complex medical and nutritional needs.
