Description
Serving as the principal Regional Training & Performance Improvement Specialist, the incumbent exercises overall managerial oversight of the region Employee Experience Program (EEP), supervising a team of Employee Experience Specialists. Provides, plans, creates, & implements a performance improvement workforce learning program for all FFR personnel. The incumbent serves as the designated command representative for Academic Partnerships, Student Internships, and Educational/Community Outreach.
