About the Position: The DHA Primary Care Mental Health Integration Program provides a team-based approach to healthcare by integrating mental health providers and registered nurses into Patient Centered Medical Homes to deliver outstanding, evidence-based biopsychosocial assessment, treatment, prevention and management of mental health problems and bio psychosocially influenced health conditions for Military Health System beneficiaries.
