The Eli & Phyllis Segal Fellow is a highly selective fellowship in the Executive Department, CEO-Immediate. The fellowship is in honor of the late Eli Segal, one of the architects of the national service movement and the first CEO of AmeriCorps. His wife Phyllis Segal carries that legacy today.
