Description
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at the Community Living Center (CLC) provides and evaluates practical nursing care for residents and their families, including behavioral health, pain management, stress management, IV therapy, and complex wound care. The CLC is a 24/7 long-term care facility that serves Veterans with chronic medical conditions. The position requires the skills, knowledge, and ability to deliver safe, competent, resident-centered care in a home-like environment.
