About the Position: The GS-13 Program Manager leads operations and flood-risk projects in the Susquehanna River Basin. Manages planning, finance, and mission readiness for multi-million-dollar resources. Directs operations/maintenance of 10 dams and Southern NY levees, leading 20-28 staff via 2 section supervisors.
