Description
The Budget Analyst position is located in the Finance Department at the West Texas VA Health Care System Center in Big Spring TX. The incumbent will report to the Supervisory Budget Analyst. The incumbent provides support to the Supervisory Budget Analyst by performing a wide range of budget analysis functions, including budget formulation, justification, presentation, and execution for the facility.
