Description
This position is located in the Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN, regional office and serves under the Department of Labor Office of the Solicitor. The regional offices have responsibility for the trial in U.S. District Courts and before administrative law judges of all civil litigation under the acts, statutes, and authorities. This position is outside the bargaining unit.
