How it works
- JoRoute reads the official job boards of the employers listed on Employers hiring, plus USAJOBS for federal jobs.
- It compares what you type with every listing it holds from that employer, open or recently taken down.
- Ghost jobs are common: 67% of U.S. job seekers say they have suspected a posting was fake, misleading or never meant to be filled (Resume Genius, 2026). A listing that is gone from the employer's own board is worth asking about before you apply.
