Description
The Program Support Assistant(PSA) to the Peri-Operative Service line provides administrative support and technical assistance with all administrative functions in the service. The incumbent must be able to analyze problems and use good judgment to ensure rapid resolution. The incumbent must demonstrate good communication skills to serve as a point of contact for staff, Veterans, and visitors. The PSA works closely with the administrative personnel of the Perioperative Nursing Service.
