Description
LPNs work under the direct supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and/or Providers, functioning within a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) and the Compensation and Pension (C&P) clinic to support patient-centered care and disability examination services for Veterans. The LPN has an exceptional degree of knowledge and skills necessary for self-direction in carrying out the most complex practical nursing care assignments.
