Description
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Defense Industrial Base (DIB & Major Range & Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in the Department of Defense (DOD) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
