In a code review last year a teammate wanted to merge a caching change I thought could serve stale prices. Code review is where I prefer to disagree, so I left a comment with a short test that showed a stale price after 30 seconds. We talked for ten minutes and I agreed his approach was right for most pages. Together we added an exception for the price page. The change shipped two days later with no price complaints, and our collaboration on reviews improved after that.
