The Float Assistant Nurse Manager with Critical Care will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care based on age-specific components and assuming responsibility for the coordination of care focused on the transition through the continuum of care, patient and family education, patient self-management after discharge, and supporting factors that impact customer satisfaction.
