Description
Peer support staff skillfully leverage their lived experience of recovery to support team-based, high-quality, accessible, and Veteran-centric primary care. This position is integrated into Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) and enhances the team, elevates Veteran perspectives, promotes Veteran Whole Health and engagement in care, and supports Veterans in navigating the VHA continuum of care. Duty Location FT Miley, and subsequent work locations are the Santa Rosa and Oakland CBOCs.
