Description
This position is located at the Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center. The incumbent serves as a Supervisory Medical Support Assistant (MSA) for Optometry. Incumbent must possess knowledge of clinic processes and services to function in and interact with various clinics throughout the facility. The employee must have knowledge of and ability to apply policies and procedures associated with operational activities that affect workload data.
