Description
The Transportation Assistant is responsible for a range of duties which include responsibility for interpreting and verifying travel eligibility, travel claims, transportation arrangements, and accommodations in accordance with VHA and New Mexico VA Health Care System (NTv1V AHCS) regulations, policies and procedures At this level the Beneficiary Travel, Transportation and Accommodations Clerk verifies patients' appointments that support travel.
