Pay not published. California requires many employers to include pay in job postings (Labor Code § 432.3 (pay scale in job postings) ). Washington requires many employers to include pay in job postings (RCW 49.58.110, disclosure of wage or salary range ). Whether a law covers this employer and job depends on its rules — JoRoute does not decide that. You can ask the employer for the pay range before you apply. Pay transparency report
