Description
The Nurse Manager (NM) position is located at the Northern Arizona VA Health Care System (NAVAHCS) in Geriatrics and Extended Care. The NM is the designated first-line supervisory authority and is responsible and accountable for the operation of their assigned units and provides coverage for other NMs as needed. Provides nursing care to Veterans within the Community Living Center (CLC) to include Hospice, Dementia, Short-Stay Rehabilitation, and Long-Stay Care.
