Description
The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve in Primary and Ambulatory Care at the Ventura CBOC location. The RN functions as a member of the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT), promoting improved health outcomes through care management, coordination, and collaboration. The RN provides quality, timely, accessible, respectful, Veteran-centered care consistent with VHA goals, standards, and objectives and reports to the Nurse Manager.
