About the Role We’re looking for a Sr. Partner Sales Manager to drive North American sales execution with Databricks and accelerate co-selling and go-to-market activities across our ecosystem. This is a full-time position based out of a USA-based office or remote. What You’ll Do • Build productive North American sales relationships with Databricks • Drive sales enablement & engagement with Databricks & our sellers to grow pipeline and exceed revenue and consumption goals • Drive joint sales & marketing plays to generate pipeline and closed revenue for Fivetran & dbt Labs • Collaborate internally at Fivetran and dbt Labs with product, sales, and marketing functions to accelerate revenue impact for Fivetran and dbt through Databricks Skills We’re Looking For • 8–10 years of experience as a partner sales or partner development manager, with a proven ability to build mutual success with large data and AI platform partners • Experience partnering with & navigating hyperscaler/platform partner sales and marketing organizations • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed pipeline/revenue quotas through partners • Well-developed commercial mindset with the ability to create partner-sourced pipeline • Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills to interact with internal and external sales leadership as well as Account Executives • Ability to operate in a highly accountable, fast-paced work environment with integrity • Passion for being an inclusive, collaborative teammate focused on business outcomes Bonus Skills​ • An existing Databricks network of sellers, solutions architects, and leaders • Track record of success in sales and alliances at technology companies; startup experience preferred, but not required • The ability to articulate a clear strategy for growing and supporting your partner • Ability to adapt quickly as product and platform partner strategies evolve • Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, ETL, BI, and/or open-source software This position qualifies for Fivetran’s incentive plan, and it’s common for employees in this role to achieve the total on-target earnings. #LI-REMOTE OTE (On Target Earning) $202,645 — $253,307 USD Perks and Benefits • 100% employer-paid medical insurance * • Generous paid time away from work, including paid vacation or flexible/unlimited vacation depending on role and country, plus paid sick time, inclusive parental leave, paid holidays, including a year-end Global Week of Rest, and volunteer days off. • RSU stock grants* • Professional development and training opportunities • Company virtual happy hours, free food, and fun team-building activities • Monthly cell phone stipend • Access to an innovative mental health support platform that offers personalized care and resources in areas such as: therapy, coaching, and self-guided mindfulness exercises for all covered employees and their covered dependents. * May vary by country and worker type - please reach out to your recruiter for more information Click here to learn more about Fivetran's Benefits by Region.
