• Support daily/weekly team meetings by participating in ways to help the team improve
• Oversee daily shift backlogs. Maintain continual oversight of RFI backlogs and incoming backlogs to ensure compliance with metric targets
• Reassign daily shift resources to meet demands
• Function as a focal point for area group production coordinators and priorities
• Participate in adding to the area’s to-do lists for improvement projects
