• We are looking for an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to own 2nd shift Outbound Warehouse Operations (Dry and Fresh/Frozen) at our Hodgkin's fulfillment center.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement

• Maintain outbound distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
• Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes
• Managing frontline teams in a high-volume, fast-paced fulfillment environment and comfortable coaching the team
