Main duties

• The Food Safety Specialist ensures a safe, clean, and functional environment in the CookUnity Facility.
• Monitor production activities and ensure all chefs and employees comply with food safety regulations.
• Assist chefs with cooking and cooling logs, safety storage and other critical tasks.
• Perform critical checks including refrigeration, chemical concentration, temperature monitoring and equipment calibrations.
• Conduct daily facility compliance walks, document findings, and assign corrective actions as necessary
