Main duties

• Conduct Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) of advanced chemical and nanotechnology systems at Terafab and recommend controls to manage risks to the lowest extent…
• Evaluate equipment overpressure/overtemperature scenarios, exhaust and chemical delivery systems, and chemical heavy processes
• Perform/oversee Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), as well as risk assessments and hazard analyses on complex process equipment
• Implement and field validate safety-critical instrumentation, controls, and interlocks during Safety Level 1-3 and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSRs)
• Implement a Process Safety Management (PSM) program and ensure compliance with all pillars of PSM
