Main duties

• Lead the Mechanic, Body, and Detail Teams:
• Lead the recon shop teams to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability through consistent achievement of KPI targets.
• Maintain and apply a strong working knowledge of reconditioning processes, industry best practices, customer SLA’s and ADESA/Carvana standard processes.
• Ensure adequate production capacity levels for each line and assist with production planning.
• Lead auction activities to drive retention, profitability, customer experience, and safety.
