• Operate and staff all automated packaging and production machinery (including SidePouch, Sauce Portioners, VibraCone, Likwifier, Urschel, and related equipme…
• Assist automated systems with food preparation and portioning into final packaging.
• Identify equipment irregularities, troubleshoot minor issues, and escalate major technical problems to maintenance promptly.
• Ensure machinery is thoroughly cleaned and maintained according to Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP).
• Accurately complete operational documentation and coordinate transactions with Quality Assurance and Management.
