• Lead shift maintenance of central utility plant, gas farm, chemical systems, HVAC, power, plumbing, exhaust, and wastewater treatment
• Own preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime and minimize unplanned downtime
• Troubleshoot and drive root-cause resolution on facility equipment failures
• Manage CMMS work orders, spare parts, and technician execution in a high-reliability environment
• Coach and develop facilities maintenance technicians/specialists
