Main duties

• The Food Safety Supervisor ensures a sustainable, safe, clean, and functional environment in the CookUnity Commissary.
• Ensures the operations of CookUnity Commissary follows the King County and Washington State Department of Health Food Safety requirements.
• Ensures compliance with the HACCP plan and maintains logs.
• Manages the receiving, cooking, cooling and packing processes to ensure compliance with HACCP plan.
• Reports/tracks any significant deviations from quality standards and recommends corrective action as necessary to management.
