• Partner with stakeholders to standardize onboarding processes, including systems applications, SOPs, and account governance.
• Support determining eligibility for additional non-committed freight to be awarded to intermodal services and actively champion these awards.
• Lead efforts to hire, develop, retain, and engage a highly productive team through performance management, mentoring, and cross-training.
• Monitor team accountability for key job functions and administer internal performance management reports.
